With around 10 or fewer students per class, teachers at Trinity Academy have time to truly know each child. They can spot when a student needs extra help or is ready for more challenge, and adjust the pace instead of pushing the whole class forward at once. What ages and grades does Trinity Academy serve?
Trinity Academy is a private Christian elementary school serving students in kindergarten through 4th grade. Our classes are intentionally very small, usually around 10 students or fewer, so teachers can really know each child and teach at their pace. Students receive a full academic program including core subjects, Bible, PE, music, computer, art, and field trips, all in a Christ-centered setting.
Do we have to be Lutheran or part of the church to enroll?
No. Trinity Academy is Christ-centered and connected with a local Lutheran church, but we welcome families from many Christian backgrounds. Our families attend a variety of churches in the area, and some are just beginning to explore faith. What we ask is that families are comfortable with prayer, Bible instruction, and Christian values being part of the school day.
Can Trinity support a child with learning difficulties or who is neurodivergent?
Many families choose Trinity because their child needs a smaller, calmer setting and extra support. Our very small classes make it easier for teachers to notice when a student is struggling or overwhelmed. The school offers on-site speech services, a sensory space where students can reset, and teachers who can work with learning difficulties or an IEP. We partner with parents to understand each child and help them move forward at a pace that fits them.
